Our Bucks and Montgomery County location currently has an opening for an Experienced Crew Foreman. We are offering a $1,000 sign on bonus if you meet the qualifications below and are in good standing after 120 days of employment .  The Crew Foreman Position starts at a base salary of $44,200 and goes up based on your experience.

List of qualifications:

Experienced Residential and Commercial Tree Crew Leader/Foreman

MUST HAVE VALID DRIVER’S LICENSE, Valid CDL Driver’s License is a plus.

Must be responsible for DOT compliance of the vehicles and equipment assigned

Must be responsible for the daily maintenance of vehicles and equipment assigned (i.e. greasing chippers, daily chainsaw maintenance)

Work 50 Hour Work Weeks

Possesses the leadership skills to lead a tree crew safely and productively daily.

Can perform Residential and Commercial tree pruning and removals in accordance to ANSI A300 Standards.

Possess the necessary rigging and lowering skills to perform tree pruning and removals safely 

Familiar with Supplemental support (cabling and bracing) techniques and methods in accordance to ANSI A300 Standards

Must be familiar with industry Safety standards and procedures and is willing to enforce these standards as well as company safety policies

Must be willing to accept and be responsible for daily production goals of the crew.

Presents a Professional appearance and attitude.

Possesses excellent communication skills

Can identify and communicate to the property owner potential up-sell opportunities.

Can motivate and train crew members.
