Position:           TEMPORARY: Assistant Client Experience Coordinator (Office Coordinator)

Starting Date:   Immediately

Days/Hours:     Up to 20 hours per week on Monday, Tuesday & flexible additional half-day

POSITION SUMMARY

Our office, is seeking qualified candidates for a temporary assignment as an Assistant Client Experience Coordinator (office coordinator) position. The Client Experience Coordinator (office coordinator)  is often the first point of contact for our prospects/clients and plays an important role in their overall client experience. This position is responsible for general office and client administrative functions within the office.

DUTIES:
An Assistant Client Experience Coordinator (office coordinator) performs a variety of administrative and clerical tasks to support daily office needs associated with tree care and plant health care operation, and includes handling incoming calls, scheduling appointments into calendar system, data entry and maintaining files.  Additional tasks may be assigned.

 

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Must Have: Minimum one year experience in office environment in administrative support role  
  • Must Have: experience in handling client telephone communications
  • Effective, friendly telephone skills & enjoy providing solutions with a customer centric attitude
  • Competence in Microsoft Outlook, Word and Excel
  • Ability to meet deadlines, attention to detail and accuracy
  • Data entry experience with contracts and work orders
  • Associate Degree preferred, but not required
  • Preferred qualifications include prior working experience with CRM and SAP systems


ADDITIONAL INFORMATION:

This temporary position affords a bit of flexability in the schedule. Monday and Tuesday are set 8-hour work days. However, the addtional half-day (4 hours) and day to be worked, is flexiable.
